What is eDofE?

To achieve an Award, you need to prove what activities you've been doing, show how you've processed and you've met the goals you set for each section. eDofE is our online system that means you can record your DofE programme and activities, and prove what you've done in loads of different ways.

The participants are all shown how to use the online eDofE system in school and are advised to regularly keep it up to date. It is simple to use and shouldn't take too long but many participants leave it until the last minute to upload their progress and it becomes a far more cumbersome task! We would suggest that pupils log into eDofE once a week or so and update their page regularly.

When the pupils register for Bronze, Silver or Gold they will be given a username and password for the eDofE system. This is required for logging in at home or school. It is important that participants provide a valid, working email address so that they can be contacted with information regarding their award.

The youtube links below should cover every eDofE eventuality and talk you through each step of the process. In the eDofE downloads section you can also find a participant user guide, a list of frequently asked questions and some other useful downloads. For any other questions or queries regarding eDofE please get in touch using the contact box back on the main Duke of Edinburgh page.
